Building secret - Used motor oil is used to heat the entire building. This process is cleaner, more efficient, less expensive and less of an impact on the environment than traditional methods. We will store 4500 gallons of used motor oil in an onsite tank.  We have 2 options if we run out of oil on site: 1. Purchase additional used oil if available and   2. Activate the natural gas heat backup system.

Construction Fact – The main shop floor is 12 inches of steel reinforced concrete. It took 6 hours to pour the 300 yards of concrete. The finished floor has an additional 2 ½ inches of compacted powder and was finished with a brick tile for a total thickness of over 15 inches.
